Also who wants to make me Frito Pie?
alexher: getwhatyougive: alexher: I want to try it out of curiosity but don’t think I could live with myself making it. So one of you is going to have to make some and invite me to dinner. I will bring moderately priced alcohol!  No need to be ashamed. One day soon… we’ll have Frito Pie night. We could even make Frito Pie burritos.  Wait there are Frito pie burritos? sweet. lord.
This place and its pests. First…the carpet beetles. Then…the mice. now…the GIANT COCKROACH. I thought the damn thing was a mouse. I jumped after it for a good ten minutes try to kill it. I think it might be smarter than me.  Also, I think the peppermint oil I sprayed to drive away the mice irritated the cockroach enough to force it out of its hiding spot. You win some, you lose...

"...fucking stupid"
I went to Lentol Garden with some teens for an orientation and was called “fucking stupid” by some woman who had jumped the fence with some man to sit on a bench in some tulips. She called me stupid because I didn’t know about some art installation thing that NYU does or teaches about or something. She was real intense. I kind of felt like she was gonna throw down. Very strange....

Also the basil and tomato i have growing in doors are looking good and yesterday I started some jalapenos and sweet peppers to get it ready for when its warm enough to put them out. So hopefully this all goes well. You...

On a typical Sunday, she was working on a lit review and made a conscious decision not to go to the grocery store to pick up something for dinner. She remembered she had a lonely can of chicken vegetable soup with rotini noodles sitting in one of her mouse infested cabinets. When dinner time finally rolled...

climateadaptation: Surprising interview at Field and Stream Magazine with Todd Tanner, chairman of Conservation Hawks. Tanner, a conservative, thinks climate change is affecting hunting (e.g., ecosystems) in a big way.
