I captured a cockroach under a tupperware dish a week or two ago. s/he’s been living with a rock on top of the dish for a while now. they can go months without food, so whatever. I’d feel cruel killing it but I don’t want to let it go so it can surprise me at random.
I just watered it and decided to name it Jose. I’m considering getting a terrarium.
it crawled onto the wet part of the carpet after I gave it water. I think it’s drinking. I’m kind of happy for it.
what is my life?
Its ancestors lived in the Cretaceous period and even earlier. I think it’s totally fine to give a little respect. If you start reading Jose bedtime stories, there might be reason for concern.
